Marketing audit and strategy for the Žilina Tourist Region
I have prepared a comprehensive marketing audit and strategy for the Žilina Tourist Region with a focus on streamlining communication and strengthening the brand within the tourism industry.
My work included:

Detailed analysis of target groups – defining tourist segments (domestic, foreign, families, active travellers, seniors, etc.) and their needs.

Specific recommendations on how and when to communicate – setting frequency, formats and content for each platform.

Elaborating on communication lines – who is the primary audience, what are their interests and what communication language works best.

The relationship between ŽTK and individual regions – I described in detail how to align the communication of the umbrella brand with local regions (e.g. Kysuce, Liptov, Malá Fatra, Orava, Turiec).

Suggestions for linking the content – how the ŽTK should support regional organisations and at the same time present the region as a whole.

Serafin Herbs is a Czech family-owned brand of natural products (teas, tinctures, capsules, syrups, etc.) that builds on years of experience in herbalism and produces chemistry-free herbs from quality ingredients. It operates in Slovakia through an e-shop and a network of partner stores.
